DE SCR63

Adds three new members to the DIAA Task Force: the Executive Director of the Delaware State Education Association, the Secretary of the Department for Children, Youth and Their Families, and one person appointed by the Co-Chairs of the Task Force.

Authorizes the Task Force to create subcommittees as needed in addition to adopting rules for its operation.

Requires the Task Force to hold its first meeting no later than September 30, 2023.

Requires the Co-Chairs to submit the Task Force report no later than March 1, 2024.
