Congratulates 80 Delaware residents who achieved Eagle Scout rank in 2022, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Eagle Scouts must earn Merit Badges in First Aid, Citizenship, Communication, Personal Fitness, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Science, Personal Management, Camping, Swimming/Hiking/Cycling, Family Life, and Cooking.

Notes that achieving Eagle Scout requires advancement through the ranks of Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, and Life, along with fulfilling requirements in leadership, service, and outdoor preparedness.

Names all 80 Eagle Scouts honored by the resolution, including Devind J. Anderson, Adam J. Barisa, Jayson M. Biafore, and others.

Directs that a suitably prepared copy of the resolution be presented to each Eagle Scout upon passage.
