Establishes the Enhancing Lifelong Community Supports for the Aging, Individuals with Disabilities, and Their Family Caregivers Task Force to study and recommend solutions for supporting seniors, persons with disabilities, and their family caregivers.

Task Force comprises 23 members including legislators from both chambers, state agency directors (Medicaid, Developmental Disabilities Services, Services for Aging), housing and labor officials, and representatives from advocacy organizations and the public, with two legislative co-chairs.

Task Force shall examine community support needs including housing, financial advisement, assistive technology, and respite care; research best practices from other states; evaluate ways to coordinate resources; and investigate funding opportunities including Medicaid federal matching dollars.

Task Force must hold its first meeting by September 30, 2023, and submit a final report with findings and recommendations to the President Pro Tempore, Speaker of the House, and all General Assembly members by March 2, 2024.

The General Assembly shall provide support staff, including a legislative attorney, and materials necessary for the Task Force to complete its work.
