Designates October 18, 2023, as "Financial Aid Day" in Delaware to honor financial aid professionals across the United States.

Recognizes the contribution of financial aid administrators who help students access higher education and pursue college-going dreams.

Notes that Financial Aid Day is traditionally celebrated on the 3rd Wednesday in October, created by Neville R Brown, President of EASFAA (Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators).

Encourages Delawareans to recognize financial aid professionals' contributions through special celebrations such as office parties, potlucks, or toasts.

Acknowledges that the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) was formed on October 24, 1966, following passage of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
