Designates Saturday, September 30, 2023, as "GFWC Delaware Step Up to End Hunger Day of Service" in Delaware.

Recognizes the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) Delaware as a 126-year-old non-profit organization with over 800 members across 20 clubs in all three counties.

Acknowledges GFWC Delaware's partnership with food insecurity organizations to provide meals and food assistance to veterans, homeless individuals, fire victims, and school students.

Notes that GFWC Delaware will partner with The Food Bank of Delaware to conduct food collection and distribution events throughout September 2023.

Designates the Dover event on September 30, 2023, as the state day of service to unite partner organizations and develop strategies to combat hunger across Delaware.
