Supports Taiwan's efforts to secure a Bilateral Trade Agreement and an Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement with the United States

Recognizes the $275 million trade volume between Delaware and Taiwan in 2022, with Taiwan being Delaware's third-largest source of imports and fourth-largest export market in Asia

Supports Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including the World Health Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization, UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, and Interpol

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to send copies of the resolution to Governor John Carney and the Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States
