Notes Delaware's leading role in broiler chicken production, generating more than $1 billion in annual sales, plus significant production of soybeans, corn, watermelon, lima beans, and other crops.

Recognizes that agriculture has been a cornerstone of Delaware's economy and way of life for over three centuries since the state's founding.
