Designates March 25th as "Greek Independence Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 203rd Anniversary of Greek Independence in 2024.

Recognizes March 25, 1821, as the date Bishop Germanos of Patras raised the Greek flag at the Monastery of Agia Lavra, marking the beginning of the war for independence against Ottoman rule.

Acknowledges the Greek war of independence that lasted nearly nine years under the leadership of Theodoros Kolokotronis and concluded with the Treaty of Constantinople in 1832.

Honors the contributions of Ancient Greece to democracy, philosophy, science, and logic, and recognizes their influence on the United States Constitution.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Greek Ambassador to the United States, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Wilmington, and the Greek Archdiocese of America.
