Prohibits employers from discriminating in hiring, firing, compensation, or terms of employment based on weight, height, or body size, and requires reasonable accommodations for limitations related to these characteristics

Extends protections to fair housing transactions, prohibiting discrimination in the sale, rental, or financing of dwellings based on weight, height, or body size

Applies the same protections to jury selection, school bullying policies, public works contracts, and state classified service employment
