Creates a $2,500 one-year scholarship for Delaware students who have completed a Teacher Academy Career and Technical Education program and enroll in a Delaware educator preparation program

Recipients must enroll as full-time students in a bachelor's degree program beginning the fall semester immediately after high school graduation

Limits awards to no more than 35 Teacher Academy scholarships per year, starting with the 2025-2026 school year, with potential expansion based on interest and funding

Requires applicants to apply for and accept all available financial aid (Federal Pell Grant, state aid, institutional aid) except loans

Applicants for the existing Educator Support Scholarship will automatically be considered for this scholarship without a separate application
