Exempts military family child care providers from Delaware state child care licensing requirements under the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL)

Defines "military family child care provider" as a family child care home or large family child care home that serves only dependent children eligible for Department of Defense subsidized care

Qualifying military family child care providers must be located on a military base or federal property, and/or certified by a branch of the U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Coast Guard

Assigns responsibility for approving which children are served by exempt military family child care providers to the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, or their agents, including installation commanders

Takes effect 60 days after enactment into law
