Increases the maximum fee for a license to service portable unit fire suppression appliances from $50 to $100

Raises the maximum fee for all other permits, licenses, and certifications required under State Fire Prevention Regulations from $25 to $100

Authorizes the State Fire Marshal, with approval from the State Fire Prevention Commission, to establish fee schedules up to these new maximum amounts

Requires a three-fifths supermajority vote in both legislative chambers for passage, as mandated by the Delaware Constitution for any increase in license fees
