Requires massage and bodywork establishments without valid licenses or with suspended, revoked, or expired licenses to prominently display a placard at any entrance, as provided by the Attorney General

Prohibits removal of the placard unless approved by the Division of Professional Regulation

Creates a new Class A misdemeanor for unlawfully removing the required placard, punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment, a fine of up to $2,300, or both

Establishes that practicing massage or bodywork therapy without proper licensure or certification is a misdemeanor, with fines of $100-$500 for first offense and $500-$1,000 for subsequent offenses

Grants Superior Court jurisdiction over all violations of the massage and bodywork licensing chapter
