Authorizes Delaware counties to modify school property tax exemption amounts that were established on or before January 1, 1998, when conducting a county-wide property reassessment

Requires counties to adopt an ordinance adjusting these exemption amounts following any reassessment under § 8306(b) of Title 9

Aims to protect seniors and individuals with disabilities from significant school tax increases that could result from county-wide property value reassessments

Amends § 1902 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code, which governs school districts' power to levy taxes on taxable real estate

Applies specifically to real estate already exempt from county taxation under pre-1998 county ordinances
