Clarifies that funeral services held in private residences, churches, or lodge halls do not require a separate permit if the funeral director of record operates from a firm with an existing funeral establishment permit

Updates the definition of "funeral establishment" to include facilities used for natural organic reduction (human composting) alongside traditional burial, entombment, and cremation services

Makes technical language corrections throughout the statute, such as changing "shall" to "may" and "shall constitute grounds" to "is a ground" for discipline
