Prohibits Delaware law enforcement agencies from entering into, modifying, renewing, or extending agreements to exercise federal civil immigration authority under Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Bars law enforcement agencies from entering agreements to detain or house individuals in federal immigration custody for violations of federal immigration law

Requires all units of local government, law enforcement agencies, and state agencies with existing immigration enforcement agreements to terminate them within 30 days of the Act's effective date

Preserves law enforcement authority to enforce valid court-issued warrants and orders, and to comply with federal requirements regarding criminal history record information disclosure

Applies to numerous agencies including Delaware State Police, municipal police departments, University of Delaware Police, Capitol Police, Department of Justice, State Fire Marshal, and Probation and Parole offices
