Allows fire companies or departments in Delaware to merge or consolidate without losing their individual shares of insurance premium tax distributions

Freezes the allocation formula for fire company funding based on the number of fire companies in existence as of the bill's effective date

Applies to fire companies in New Castle County (outside Wilmington), Kent County, and Sussex County, with merged entities receiving combined allocations of the predecessor companies

Amends Title 18 § 705 of the Delaware Code governing how insurance premium taxes are distributed to fire companies and departments

Insurance premium tax revenue from each county continues to be divided equally among fire companies, but merged companies receive what both would have received separately
