Course curriculum must align with Delaware's Financial Literacy Content Standards and include rigorous instructional materials with assessments, plus ongoing professional development for teachers

Encourages schools to partner with private or public enterprises for class presentations, student competitions, scholarships, and teacher professional development

Department of Education and Professional Standards Board will determine certification requirements for educators teaching the course, with State Board of Education adopting implementing regulations
