Adds a definition of "military protective order" to Delaware Code, covering orders issued under 10 U.S.C. § 1567 by commanding officers in the U.S. armed forces or any state's National Guard against persons under their command

Requires courts to consider the existence of a military protective order against a respondent when determining whether there is immediate and present danger of domestic violence or physical injury to a petitioner seeking a protective order

Mandates that law enforcement officers notify the agency that entered a military protective order into the FBI's National Crime Information Center database when they have probable cause to believe a service member violated that order

Takes effect on January 1, 2026
