Requires the Department of Health and Social Services, working with the Department of Education, to develop or obtain written materials about menstrual disorders and their symptoms from reputable organizations

Mandates schools post in bathrooms used by menstruating students and in student health centers a poster with the URL to the Department's website containing menstrual disorder information

Materials must cover endometriosis and other menstrual disorders, including signs/symptoms, health impacts on physical, emotional, social, and academic life, statistics, self-advocacy practices, and treatment options

Department must review all materials and electronic links at least every 2 years to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and validity of links

Takes effect 120 days after enactment into law
