Expands property forfeiture provisions to include convictions for "patronizing a victim of sexual servitude" and "trafficking of persons for use of body parts," in addition to previously covered human trafficking offenses

Removes an obsolete reference to charging minors with delinquency for prostitution, reflecting a 2019 Criminal Code change that limits prostitution charges to individuals 18 years of age or older

Adds human trafficking as defined under § 787 of Title 11 to the definition of "abuse" for purposes of obtaining protective orders in Family Court

Allows victims of human trafficking to seek Family Court protective orders against their traffickers under the same provisions available to other abuse victims
