Requires the Delaware Department of Education to collect and release education-related data on student progress, enrollment, staff, school performance, and student health and wellness for all public schools, charter schools, and vocational-technical districts

Mandates annual reports by August 1 each year comparing school performance data at the school, district, statewide, and where practicable, national and regional levels

Expands required report content to include proficiency rates, percent of low-income students, students with IEPs, English Language Learners, career pathways offered at high schools, and sports/extracurricular activities with gender-specific team information

Requires links to education reports be placed on the Department of Education's homepage and the school choice website for easier public access

Updates school choice application requirements to ensure forms and online applications are available on websites of all reorganized school districts, vocational-technical districts, charter schools, and the Department of Education
