Aligns Delaware's narrow, entity-specific non-discrimination laws with broader statewide non-discrimination statutes by adding language prohibiting discrimination "on any other basis protected under" the applicable broad law (Chapter 45 of Title 6 for public accommodations, Chapter 46 for housing, Chapter 7 of Title 19 for employment)

Updates non-discrimination provisions for transportation network companies, jury service, veterans cemeteries, state merit employees, public works contracts, and four professional licensing boards (Podiatry, Chiropractic, Medical Licensure, Funeral Services) to include all protected classes from the relevant broad statute

Clarifies that "place of public accommodation" under the Delaware Equal Accommodations Law includes entities and services licensed or regulated under Title 5 (Banking)

Harmonizes residential landlord-tenant fair housing provisions with the Delaware Fair Housing Act by using the term "familial status" instead of references to households with children

Makes no substantive changes to existing protections but addresses inconsistencies where narrow laws omitted protected classes like age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity that are already covered under applicable broad statutes
