Requires landlords to maintain utilities and services up to the physical connection point to the home, clarifying the extent of their maintenance obligations

Updates tree care standards from the defunct American Association of Nurserymen standards to the ANSI A300 Tree Care standards, and expands the definition of "tree" to include the root system, limbs, and trunk or stem

Clarifies that business invitees are not considered a "guest" or "visitor" under the manufactured home community regulations
