Renames the "Sole Proprietorship, Partnership and Association Trade Name Registry" to the "Delaware Trade Name Registry" and consolidates trade name registration requirements under the Division of Revenue

Allows corporations and limited liability companies doing business in Delaware to voluntarily register trade names that differ from their legal names by filing a certificate with the Division of Revenue for a $25 fee

Permits Delaware corporations and LLCs not conducting business within the state to register trade names by obtaining a special trade name license ($25 annually or $75 for 3 years) and providing a certificate of good standing from the Secretary of State

Exempts limited liability companies from the requirement that unincorporated associations must certify member names before transacting business in Delaware

Effective dates are split: Section 1 takes effect upon enactment, while Sections 2-4 establishing the new registration framework take effect June 2, 2025
