Updates examination misconduct provisions to reflect computerized testing formats, replacing detailed procedural language with streamlined rules addressing cheating, giving or receiving assistance, and violating exam policies

Authorizes the Council to seek injunctive relief to enforce cease-and-desist orders issued against unlicensed practice or other violations

Modifies procedural requirements for investigating committee recommendations to the Council, simplifying language regarding dismissal of unsupported complaint allegations
