School resource officers and school constables are prohibited from cooperating with federal agencies on immigration enforcement activities unless specifically authorized by the Delaware Attorney General

Requests for authorization to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the planned activity

Authorization requests must include the name of the federal enforcement agency, the reason for the request, dates and duration of the activity, and detailed scope information

Required scope details include the purpose of the activity, list of records sought, names of individuals who may be impacted, and the manner in which the activity will be conducted

The supervising authority of the school resource officer or constable must submit the authorization request to the Attorney General
