Prohibits sheriffs, deputies, constables, and police officers from cooperating with federal agencies on immigration enforcement activities at schools or churches without prior authorization from the Delaware Attorney General

Requires written authorization requests to be submitted at least 72 hours before any proposed immigration enforcement activity at protected locations

Mandates that authorization requests include specific details: the requesting federal agency's name, reason for the request, dates and duration of activity, purpose, records sought, names of potentially impacted individuals, and how the activity will be conducted

Applies to both court officers (Title 10) and police officers (Title 11) through parallel amendments to the Delaware Code

Supervising authorities of the officers seeking to cooperate must submit the authorization requests to the Attorney General
