Creates an infused beverage endorsement system with application fees of $1,500 (or $600 for social equity licensees/microbusinesses) for manufacturers, suppliers, and importers, with renewal fees of $1,000 (or $400 for qualifying entities)

Imposes a $1 per container tax on infused beverages, collected from importers and manufacturers, with revenues deposited into the Marijuana Regulation Fund

Increases civil penalties for selling marijuana products or infused beverages to individuals under 21 from a maximum of $500 to up to $10,000 for subsequent violations within a 5-year period
