Designates March 21, 2025, as "Rock Your Socks for World Down Syndrome Day" in Delaware, marking the 18th anniversary of World Down Syndrome Day

Raises awareness that approximately 1 in 700 babies (about 6,000 annually) are born with Down syndrome in the United States, with over 400,000 individuals living with the condition nationwide

Recognizes the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware, which serves more than 450 individuals and is distributing over 50,000 pairs of mismatched socks to schools, businesses, and individuals for the celebration

Celebrates the contributions, talents, and rights of people with Down syndrome to live, work, attend school, and participate fully in their communities

Notes that March 21st was chosen to symbolize the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down syndrome
