Extends the deadline for the Delaware Justice 40 Oversight Committee to submit its final report from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026

The Committee was originally established to ensure disadvantaged communities receive 40% of benefits from federal clean energy and infrastructure investments, consistent with President Biden's Justice40 initiative

The Committee's scope includes tracking and making recommendations on how ARPA ($925 million for Delaware) and Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Act (over $1.8 billion for Delaware) funds benefit disadvantaged communities

The Committee is composed of 13 members including 3 House members, 3 Senate members, and state agency secretaries from Natural Resources, Labor, Housing, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, and Transportation

Final report must be submitted to the General Assembly, the Governor, and the Division of Research of Legislative Council
