Designates April 6-12, 2025 as "Delaware Saves Week" to promote personal savings and financial planning among residents

Highlights Delaware's savings programs including the 457(b) and 403(b) retirement plans for state employees, the Delaware EARNS program launched in 2024 for workers without employer-sponsored plans, the DE529 Education Savings Plan, and the DEPENDABLE plan for individuals with disabilities

Urges Delawareans to open retirement and savings accounts, build emergency funds, create budgets, set savings goals, and pay down debt during the designated week and throughout the year

Encourages employers without retirement plans to learn about Delaware EARNS and facilitate employee participation in the program

Commits the General Assembly to supporting policies that incentivize savings, expand access to savings plans, and assist residents in saving for retirement, education, homebuying, and emergencies
