Designates April 17, 2025, as "Celebrate Delaware Together Day" to coincide with National Celebrate Differences Month in April

Approximately 41.4% of Delaware residents identify as people of color or part of a racial or ethnic group, including African American, Hispanic, Asian, Indigenous, and immigrant populations

Encourages Delaware residents, businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to participate in activities promoting cultural understanding, social connection, and community engagement

Planned celebrations include educational programs to increase awareness of different perspectives and events promoting the culture and traditions of Delaware groups throughout the state

Affirms the General Assembly's commitment to fostering respect, understanding, and belonging while positioning Delaware as a model for acceptance and mutual understanding
