Honors the Navy as the strongest naval force in the world, with hundreds of ships, aircraft carriers, and submarines defending freedom of the seas since 1775

Recognizes Navy sailors as leaders in technological advancements including computer engineering, coding, and nuclear propulsion

Calls on all Delawareans to reflect, honor, and celebrate those who have served and are presently serving in the U.S. Navy
