Recognizes June 14, 2025, as the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army, which was established on June 14, 1775, when the Continental Congress created the Continental Army under General George Washington

Acknowledges Delaware's military heritage, including the Delaware Blues regiment's service during the Revolutionary War and Fort Miles' strategic defense role at Cape Henlopen during World War II

Honors the Army's service throughout American history, including the Civil War, World War I, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, Afghanistan, and Iraq

Expresses gratitude to all Army personnel past and present, with particular recognition of Delawareans who served with distinction

Notes that June 14th also commemorates Flag Day, when the Continental Congress adopted the United States flag in 1777
