Honors notable Delaware athletes including WNBA player and Olympic Gold Medalist Elena Delle Donne and world all-around gymnastics champion Morgan Elizabeth Hurd

Calls for supporting programs, activities, and legislative efforts to protect and uphold Title IX protections to ensure equitable treatment for future generations of female athletes

Notes that 60 percent of high school girls currently participate in sports and emphasizes athletic participation's role in developing self-discipline, confidence, and leadership skills
