Establishes the Small Restaurant Regulatory Reform Task Force with 15 members, including state legislators, the Governor, state agency heads (Health and Social Services, Public Health, Fire Marshal, Small Business, Alcoholic Beverage Control), the Delaware Restaurant Association president, and county representatives

Task Force will study unnecessary regulatory burdens on small restaurants caused by Department of Health and Social Services regulations and identify ways to reduce these burdens while maintaining public health and safety protections

Includes representation for early care and education centers with on-site kitchens, expanding scope beyond traditional restaurants

Requires the Task Force to submit a final report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly and Governor by June 1, 2026

Co-chairs selected by Task Force members are responsible for administration, including meeting coordination, record-keeping, and ensuring proper distribution of the final report to state officials and archives
