Amends Delaware's sexual extortion law to elevate the crime from a class E felony to a class B felony when the defendant is an adult and the victim is a child or vulnerable adult, or when the violation causes serious physical injury or death

Expands the definition of sexual extortion to include compelling or inducing a victim to engage in sexual acts or produce sexual visual depictions through threats of harm, property damage, criminal accusations, exposure of secrets, or dissemination of nude images

Requires school districts and charter schools to include sexual extortion awareness in mandatory child abuse prevention training for employees, including coordination with law enforcement for suspected violations

Mandates age-appropriate instruction for students in grades pre-K through 12 on the dangers and consequences of sexual extortion and online safety resources, effective August 1, 2027

Requires schools to provide parents with information on warning signs that a child may be a victim of sexual extortion and effective ways to discuss the topic with children
