Maintains the existing requirement that custodians of digital assets must comply with valid written requests for access within 60 days

Allows fiduciaries to petition the Court of Chancery for an order directing compliance if a custodian fails to respond to a valid request within the 60-day window

Modeled after Ohio's "Braden's Law," named after a high school student who died by suicide after online coercion, whose parents faced months of delays accessing his digital records

Makes technical corrections to capitalize "Court" to conform with Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards
