Binds occupants to unsigned rental agreements if they pay rent or use the leased space more than 30 days after receiving the written agreement

Expands advertising options for lien sales to include publicly accessible websites that regularly advertise or conduct online auctions or sales of personal property

Establishes termination procedures requiring owners to provide occupants at least 35 days written notice to remove property, with owners permitted to restrict facility access and dispose of remaining property after the notice period expires
