General Assembly members who are elected on Election Day in November and serve through the next Election Day in November will receive full-service credit for that entire term for pension calculation purposes

A House of Representatives member serving five complete two-year terms would be credited with 10 years of service under this provision

A Senate member serving five complete four-year terms would be credited with 20 years of service under this provision

Amends Section 5527 of Title 29, which governs the calculation of monthly ordinary service or disability pensions for elected officials
