Permits restaurants, brewpubs, taverns, taprooms, and other on-premise license holders to sell 1 bottle of private label spirits purchased from a Delaware licensed importer that is either limited availability or limited allocation for off-premise consumption

Corrects a typographical error in existing law, changing "2750 ML bottles of wine" to "2 750 ML bottles of wine" to clarify the per-customer limit

Maintains existing off-premise sales limits of 2 bottles of wine (750 ML), 6 servings of beer, and mixed cocktails made on premises

All alcoholic beverages sold for off-premise consumption must be in securely closed containers and sold by certified responsible alcoholic beverage servers
