Consolidates three separate student loan repayment programs (Speech-Language Pathologist, Mental Health Services, and High Needs Educator) into a single "Public School Employee Support Program for High Need Areas"

Expands eligible "public school employees" to include educators, speech-language pathologists, school counselors, school psychologists, and school social workers working in high-need areas
