Exempts law enforcement agencies from Delaware's firearm background check requirements when purchasing firearms for officers to use in their official duties

Amends §§ 1448A and 1448B of Title 11 to clarify that transactions by law enforcement agencies for duty firearms fall under existing law enforcement exemptions

Applies the exemption to both licensed dealer sales (§ 1448A) and unlicensed person sales (§ 1448B)

Exempts law enforcement agency handgun purchases from the handgun qualified purchaser permit requirements under § 1448D, including fingerprinting and training requirements

Amends both current versions of the statutes and future versions scheduled to take effect under 84 Del. Laws, c. 259
