Incorporates the protections of Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 into Delaware's Equal Accommodations Law, specifically preserving the implementing regulations as they existed on January 1, 2025

Requires discrimination protections for persons with disabilities under this chapter to include all acts prohibited by 29 U.S.C. § 794 (Section 504)

Mandates that the provisions be interpreted broadly and to the fullest extent possible under state and federal law to continue protections for persons with disabilities

Establishes that any reference to "Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act" in other Delaware statutes or regulations will be interpreted to mean the Delaware Equal Accommodations Law (6 Del. C. § 4500 et seq.)

Clarifies that if federal or state law provides additional rights to protected class members or requirements for public accommodations, this section must be interpreted as providing those rights or requirements
