Establishes the Delaware Certificate of Arts Excellence to recognize high school graduates who demonstrate sustained engagement and achievement in the arts

Requires the Department of Education to adopt minimum requirements for the certificate, which may include academic classwork, portfolio development, work-based learning experiences, and community involvement in arts or culture

Certificate must be available to students studying dance, music, theater, media arts, or visual arts

Students may begin applying for the certificate starting with the 2027-2028 school year through their high schools, which will verify eligibility and award certificates upon graduation

Applies to students at public school districts, charter schools, and private schools in Delaware
