Sets funeral expenses for deceased volunteer firefighters, fire company ladies auxiliary members, and volunteer ambulance and rescue company members at a fixed amount of $7,000

Requires eligibility of at least 10 years of active service with one or more volunteer fire companies, ladies auxiliaries, or ambulance and rescue companies in Delaware

Allows eligible individuals who were also state employees to receive both the volunteer funeral benefit and any state employee funeral benefit they qualified for under Title 11 or Title 29

Specifies that payments must come from the fund established under subchapter III of Chapter 65 of Title 18, with the General Assembly providing adequate funding as necessary

Takes effect on October 1, 2025
