Adds a new provision allowing tenants to terminate their lease early with 30 days' written notice when they enter into a contract to purchase real property they intend to occupy as a primary residence

The 30-day notice period begins on the first day of the month following the day of actual notice to the landlord

Updates the definition of senior citizens' housing facilities to reference "long-term care facility" as defined in Title 16, § 1102, replacing outdated language about group or cooperative living facilities and retirement homes

Removes redundant language about subsidized public or private housing from one subsection since it is already addressed in a separate subsection

Makes technical corrections throughout to conform with Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards
