Divides the Town of Selbyville into 4 election districts that must be nearly equal in population based on the federal decennial census, with initial districts established by January 1, 2026

Changes Town Council composition so that each of the 4 members represents one district and is nominated and elected only by registered voters within that district

Maintains the Mayor as elected at-large by all registered voters of the Town

Adds a 2-year residency requirement for candidates seeking Mayor or Town Council positions, with Town Council candidates also required to reside in the district they seek to represent

Establishes staggered elections with Mayor and districts 1 and 3 elected in odd-numbered years, and districts 2 and 4 elected in even-numbered years, all for 2-year terms
