Rental agreements for manufactured home lots automatically transfer to buyers, heirs, or estates of deceased homeowners, and community owners cannot terminate leases due to a tenant's death

Community owners must wait at least 90 days after a tenant's death before initiating summary possession actions, and heirs who inherit homes are not required to complete tenant applications unless they intend to reside there

Homeowners must notify community owners at least 3 weeks before selling, and community owners have a right of first refusal to purchase the home at 10% above the contract price within 7 days of notification

If a community owner rejects a prospective buyer's application, the owner must purchase the home at 10% above the contract price with the same timing requirements

Community owners who exert undue pressure on tenants to sell or unreasonably deny prospective tenant applications face liability of 3 times actual damages or 3 times monthly rent, whichever is higher, plus this conduct constitutes an unlawful consumer practice
